About Damian

Born in Birmingham… and still living in Birmingham as we write…  Damian picked up the camera seriously in 1994, putting down his collection of 35mm disposable colourful kids cameras, 110 cameras, polaroids etc and storing them in a shoe box…

With commercial work already published, he started working freelance and studying photography at University; the early days revolving around a 35mm fully manual Minolta, a Mamiya twin lens reflex medium format camera and a “59 second” Ilford wet to dry black and white printer, leaving with distinctions in photography.

He is also an experienced language teacher and published musician but his true love when it comes to Art is Photography…
