New York City – My Personal N.Y. State of Mind

Not that I have anything against Alicia Keys … not at all 😉 … But as soon as the plane touched down at JFK, you can guess what song came through the speakers in Upper Class and yep, guess what song was piped through when I returned to Heathrow as well!

So with the Empire State of Mind in mind, here’s a set of images taken by me in tourist mode, taken with my Canon G10, a very capable little camera in my collection that has seen some serious travel photography action in the last 12 months! Afterwards, hit the travel category to see what I mean!

NYC for me was a good opportunity to see friends and see so much that I’d learnt about in music and films growing up, as well as getting some work done of course, these trips don’t come  for free! Well.. when someone pays your flights it’s always a privilege to jump at.  Anyway… here goes… a “few” from the set. And the keen eyed amongst you will catch a few images with yours truly ruining the view!
